CHEERLEADING SERVICE TO ALLOW COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS, BOOSTERS AND ALUMNI OF FAYETTEVILLE STATE U. CHEERLEADING TO USE THE SERVICE. IN RETURN FOR PROVIDING THE FAYETTEVILLE STATE U. CHEERLEADING SERVICE WITHOUT CHARGE VN RETAINS THE RIGHT TO SELL OR PERMIT THIRD PARTIES TO SELL ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE MERCHANDISE, PHOTOS (INCLUDING PHOTOS POSTED BY USERS OF THE WEBSITE), SERVICES AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR VN’S OWN ACCOUNT AND FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THIRD PARTIES. VN MAY IN ITS DISCRETION SHARE A PORTION OF THE REVENUES GENERATED FROM SUCH SALES WITH THE TEAM.
